  • Nondiscrimination The Contractor, with regard to the work performed by it during the Contract, will not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment. The Contractor will not participate directly or indirectly in the discrimination prohibited by the Acts and the Regulations, including employment practices when the Contract covers any activity, project, or program set forth in Appendix B of 49 CFR Part 21.

  • Release of Claims Under Age Discrimination in Employment Act Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Executive agrees that by executing this Release, [he] [she] has released and waived any and all claims [he] [she] has or may have as of the date of this Release for age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq.   • OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment.
