Notice of Activity. The parties agree to provide notice to the other party of any building permits, site development, plan reviews or inspections in the other party’s jurisdiction.

Notice of Activity. Not later than 45 calendar days after the license avail- ability date, or 45 calendar days after the end of the first full calendar month in which an entity initially qualifies as a sig- nificant nonblanket licensee, whichever occurs later, a significant nonblanket li- censee shall submit a notice of nonblanket activity to the mechanical licensing col- lective. The notice of nonblanket activity shall comply in form and substance with requirements that the Register of Copy- rights shall establish by regulation, and a copy shall be made available to the digital licensee coordinator.
Notice of Activity. 4-2.01 The producer shall transmit a notice of activity (see the form in Appendix F) by email to UDA (xx_xxxxxxxx@xxx.xx) and to APC (xx@x0x.xxxxxx) including the following information: • the date, time and location(s) of shooting; • the name of the agency and the advertiser; • the name of the product; • the number of roles casted; • the names of the principal performers; • the special conditions (e.g.: the presence of children, stunt performers, etc.); • To the extent possible: o The name of the local workplace health and safety representative (SST); o The name of the person designated by the producer as responsible for harassment prevention. If not, the producer shall inform the artist of the name of the SST representative and the name of the person responsible for harassment prevention on the set, at the latest, when the artist arrives on the set. The producer shall transmit this notice within forty-eight (48) hours before the day of recording. If the producer cannot send this information to the UDA in this timeframe, they shall send it as soon as possible before the performance call time. This notice is not required for a sound session.
Notice of Activity. ACS-ANC and LEVEL 3 shall give reasonable advance and completion notice to each other of all significant scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, network outages, cable cuts, or other planned network activities, to be performed on any network element, including, without limitation, any hardware, equipment, software, or system, providing service which may potentially impact ACS-ANC or LEVEL 3 subscribers. The notice will be sufficient to allow each carrier to anticipate customer inquiries.

Upon Landlord’s written request, Tenant will promptly deliver to Landlord documentation acceptable to Landlord reflecting the legal and proper disposal of all Hazardous Materials removed or to be removed from the Premises. All such documentation will list Tenant or its agent as a responsible party and the generator of such Hazardous Materials and will not attribute responsibility for any such Hazardous Materials to Landlord or Landlord’s property manager.

  • Notice of Delay 12.1. When anything delays or threatens to delay the timely performance of the Purchase Order, Supplier must immediately provide written notice to Buyer in writing of all relevant information, including but not limited to the reasons for the potential delay and Supplier’s short-term and long-term mitigation actions.

  • Notice of Potential Claims The Contractor shall not be entitled to additional compensation or to extension of time for (1) any act or failure to act by the County Project Manager or the County, or (2) the happening of any event or occurrence, unless the Contractor has given the County a written Notice of Potential Claim within ten (10) days of the commencement of the act, failure, or event giving rise to the claim, and before final payment by the County.   • Notice to Contractor The Contractor is required to submit Certificates of Insurance acceptable to the State as evidence of insurance coverage requirements prior to commencing work under this Contract. Contractor shall not commence work under the contract until they have obtained all the insurance described below and the State has approved such insurance. Contractor shall maintain such insurance in force and effect throughout the term of this Contract, unless otherwise specified in this Contract The failure of the Contractor to provide a Certificate of Insurance, for the policies required under this Contract or renewals thereof, or failure of the insurance company to notify the State of the cancellation of policies required under this Contract shall not constitute a waiver by the State to the Contractor to provide such insurance. The State reserves the right to immediately terminate this Contract if the Contractor is not in compliance with the insurance requirements and retains all rights to pursue any legal remedies against the Contractor. All insurance policies must be open to inspection by the State, and copies of policies must be submitted to the State’s Authorized Representative upon written request.

  • Notice of Lay-off All regular employees shall be given in writing the following notice of lay-off or salary in lieu of notice: a) Two (2) weeks' notice where the employee has been employed less than three (3) years. b) After the completion of a period of employment of three (3) consecutive years, one (1) additional weeks’ notice, and for each subsequent completed year of employment, an additional week's notice up to a maximum of eight (8) weeks' notice. c) In the event of office closure, Article 14.04(b) will apply. (This shall not apply to temporary job sites.) The period of notice shall not coincide with an employee's annual vacation.
