Notice of Hours of Work. 12:4.1 Daily hours of work for regular and school-term employees shall not be changed except upon forty-eight (48) hours written notice. If forty-eight (48) hours notice is not given, all time worked outside the hours of work schedule will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
