Common use of Notice of Intent to Return Clause in Contracts

Notice of Intent to Return. If the employee on u n p a i d leave of absence desires to return to duty with the Board following the termination of such leave, application for reinstatement must be made in writing to the Superintendent at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of such leave or as hereinafter specified (unless special circumstances are approved by the Superintendent). A physician’s statement may be required by the Superintendent.
