Notice of New Employees a. The County shall provide the Association with the names and addresses of all new employees coming into the relevant bargaining units during each subsequent pay period.
b. The names and addresses provided the Association shall be kept confidential.

The County agrees to periodically mail to Social Services Union, Local 1021 a list of names, classifications, and the designation of permanent employment category of new employees appointed to classifications represented by Local 1021. Said periodic list will be mailed within forty-five (45) days of the end of each month.

d) A job xxxxxxx is entitled to contact all newly-hired employees to present Union information, on the job xxxxxxx’x and employee’s own time (meaning rest breaks, meal breaks and after work hours).
e) The Union recognizes and respects the legal right of each employee to the employee’s privacy and agrees not to use or allow others to use any information obtained pursuant to this agreement for commercial gain or in a manner that would violate those rights. With respect to this promise, the Union agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the County of Sonoma, its officers, employees and agents from any claim, liability or damage arising from the Union’s breach of its duty under this Memorandum.
