Association Bargaining Unit Information. The Board or its agents shall furnish to the Association, at no cost to the Association, the names and addresses of all employees represented by the Association. In the event of staff changes, at least quarterly the District shall furnish the names and addresses of staff alterations so as to account for additions, resignations, leaves of absence, and retirements. The parties hereby agree, in connection with collective bargaining, to provide pertinent and relevant information to the other party as may be necessary, from time to time, in order that collective bargaining may proceed. Such information will be provided at no cost to the party requesting the information.

Association Bargaining Unit Information. The Association will have access to employee information necessary for the Association’s role in representing the bargaining unit. Such information shall include, but is not necessarily limited to: employee name, employee identifier, date of hire, FTE, seniority, salary, contract status, building and assignment, address, email address (if available), phone number, years of experience and years of education. Such private information from employee files will not be disclosed to third parties except as authorized by law.

  • Union (a) The Company, upon receiving four (4) weeks’ notice in writing from the Business Manager or designate of the Local Union, agrees to grant Leave of Absence without pay to not more than three (3) employees for full-time service with the Local Union. (b) The Company, upon receiving two (2) weeks’ notice in writing from the Business Manager or designate of the Local Union, agrees to grant Leave of Absence without pay to Local Union members for the purposes of attending to Local Union business. Such Leaves of Absence shall not exceed three (3) in number of any one time.

  • SINGLE BARGAINING UNIT The parties to this Agreement, along with all those employees whose employment is governed by this Agreement, constitute a single bargaining unit for the purposes of negotiating and implementing the terms of this Agreement. The form and operation of this single bargaining unit will be subject to this Agreement.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Positions outside the Bargaining Unit (a) An employee may substitute temporarily in a position outside the bargaining unit for up to fifteen (15) months from the date of the assignment. Bargaining unit employees shall be given the first opportunity to fill the resulting vacancy. The employee shall have the right to return to her or his bargaining unit position prior to the expiry of the fifteen (15) month period by giving the Employer six (6) weeks’ notice. Where an employee is backfilling outside of the bargaining unit for purposes of pregnancy and/or parental leave, the period of time will be extended up to nineteen (19) months from the date of the assignment. An employee who remains outside of the bargaining unit beyond the period covered by this article shall lose all seniority. When the employee returns to the bargaining unit, all other employee(s) shall revert to their previous positions. An employee must remain in the bargaining unit for a period of at least three (3) months before transferring out of the bargaining unit again or she or he will lose all seniority held at the time of the subsequent transfer unless the parties agree otherwise. (b) An employee who accepts a transfer under (a) above will not be required to pay Union dues for any complete calendar month during which no bargaining unit work is performed. (c) An employee who accepts a permanent position outside of the bargaining unit will lose all seniority held at the time of the transfer. (d) The Employer will advise the Union of the names of any employees pursuant to Article 9.17(a) or (b).

  • Association Business Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities shall not interfere with normal school operations.

  • Association Business Leave A total of ten (10) days Association Business Leave shall be allowed by the district on condition that a competent qualified substitute employee is available and willing to serve. The designated representative of the Association and officers of the Association shall be allowed to take such leave for conducting Association Business or to attend state or local conferences. Substitutes hired by the District to cover such absences shall be paid for by the Association. At least five (5) normal business days advance notification of intent to take such leave shall be given to the Superintendent by the Association President.
