Common use of Notice of Resignation Clause in Contracts

Notice of Resignation. Nurses shall be required to give at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice of resignation. Failure to give notice shall result in loss of accrued annual leave. The Employer will give consideration to situations that would make such notice by the nurse impossible.
