Common use of Notice of Resignation Clause in Contracts

Notice of Resignation. Regular employees shall give not less then fourteen (14) calendar days' prior written notice of intended resignation. Regular employees shall receive at least fourteen (14) calendar days' prior written notice of termination or pay in lieu thereof unless discharged for just cause.
