Notice of Resignation. Nurses are strongly encouraged to give at least four (4) weeks’ notice of resignation to their appropriate supervisor, but in no event shall a nurse give less than twenty-one (21) days’ written notice of resignation. The twenty-one (21) day notice requirement shall not include any vacation time or unverified sick leave unless approved by supervision. Failure to give notice shall result in loss of accrued vacation benefits.
