Number of Days for. Twelve (12) Month, Eleven (11) Month, Ten (10) Month and 180-Day Employees Full time employees work year calendar shall consist of 260 days. In years that are greater than 260 (e.g. leap year 261 or 262 workday calendar year) the employee will receive the appropriate corresponding number of floating holiday(s). Included in the 260 are 15 paid holidays. Vacation will be scheduled and taken during the work year in accordance with Article XVIII - Vacation Plan. Eleven-month employees work year calendar shall consist of 238 workdays. Included in the 238 are 14 paid holidays. Vacation will be scheduled and taken during the work year in accordance with Article XVIII – Vacation Plan. Ten-month employees work year calendar shall consist of 216 workdays.
