Objects of the Agreement. In reaching this agreement the parties have recognised: Catholicity – The need to maintain a just working environment in which education can be provided in harmony with the aims, objectives and philosophy of Catholic education.

(a) the need to maintain a professional working environment which respects the teachings and values of the Catholic Church, and supports the philosophy, spirituality and pedagogical style of the Society of Xxxxx;
(b) the mutual responsibility to continue the development of education of a high quality at the College, and the public perception of its people, programmes and activities;
(c) that the College’s offer of choice and flexibility with employment practices detailed in this Agreement respects the individual circumstances of its employees and in this regard, promotes the working environment and quality of education referred above;
(d) that productivity and efficiency have a growing influence in educational policies and practices, and can be reflected in qualitative and quantitative measures implemented at the College; and
(e) the need to maintain the long term financial viability of the College.
Objects of the Agreement. This Agreement represents an agreement between parties to commence the modernization of the previous agreement by adopting contemporary industrial practices and recognizing that the industry is of a casual nature.
Objects of the Agreement. (1) This agreement is intended to determine the rights and obligations of the parties hereto, and to guarantee that, by adhering to these provisions, the Student attains the academic goal and academic title within the projected time frame as foreseen in the curriculum for the Baccalaureate Programme in Psychotherapy Science.
(2) In accordance with the Austrian Accreditation Law, 1999, The University declares that it has been granted accreditation as a private university for Degree Programmes in Psychotherapy Science and that it is authorized, within the scope of this license, to award academic degrees equal to those awarded by Austrian state universities.
(3) The notification of accreditation, the relevant curriculum as well as the relevant University Statutes and Regulations accessible to the Student constitute an integrated part of this agreement.
Objects of the Agreement. Objects of the Agreement shall be the Contractual Products described under Contractual IP Rights and/or produced in the scope of or with the help of the Licensed Procedures.
Objects of the Agreement. 7.1 This Agreement represents a commitment between Tidewater and its Employees to crew Vessels to a high level of professionalism in a viable and competitive manner; ensuring a high level of customer service whilst ensuring that all Employees are provided with rewarding and satisfying careers.
7.2 In developing this Agreement, Tidewater and the Employees recognise and adopt the following objectives:
(a) An ongoing process to achieve overall cost reductions and improvement in the viability of the business.
(b) Tidewater and Employees agree to continually review this Agreement and workplace practices in order to develop and adopt a culture of continuous improvement.
(c) The development of a collective and consultative approach between Tidewater and its Employees to xxxxxx an environment of trust and open communication.
(d) To create an environment which reflects the needs of a modern industrial society where management and all Employees work together with respect and cooperation for the benefit of the enterprise.
(e) To implement a cost-effective training regime for the enterprise.
(f) To utilise the Tidewater Consultative Committee in pursuit of these endeavours; and
(g) To utilise the Dispute Settlement Procedure to resolve grievances or disputes.
7.3 Tidewater and the Employees are committed to ensuring the ongoing viability of the employment of Australian seafarers in the Maritime Offshore Oil and Gas Industry.
7.4 Tidewater is committed to the current and future viability of the Australian maritime industry. As such, Tidewater commits to the use of Australian seafarers for international vessel mobilisation and demobilisation voyages to and from Australia in all circumstances where appropriately qualified personnel are willing and able to undertake the applicable voyage.

2.2 MÁY MÓC THIẾT BỊ: Chủng loại, số lượng, chất lượng, xuất xứ của máy móc thiết bị được liệt kê chi tiết tạo Phụ lục 2 kèm theo Hợp đồng này.
2.3 Bên B đảm bảo quyền cho thuê NHÀ XƯỞNG, MÁY MÓC THIẾT BỊ của bên B là hợp pháp và cam kết cho bên A được sử dụng NHÀ XƯỞNG, MÁY MÓC THIẾT BỊ một cách trọn vẹn, riêng biệt, không cần sx xxxp thuận của bên B nếu sử dụng đúng mục đích thuê tại Điều 3.
Objects of the Agreement. 2.1 Subject to the terms and on the conditions of this Agreement, the Project Owner engages CM to perform the Services and to (i) capture and destroy methane and other gases from the Project, (ii) generate energy from the Project and (iii) register and obtain Carbon Credits from the Project.
2.2 For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that for the duration of the Project, the Project Owner will continue to operate the Borispol landfill and procure the delivery of municipal solid waste to such landfill in a manner consistent with past practice (provided that it is understood that the Project Owner has no obligation to invest funds in the Project). CM agrees to perform its obligations hereunder in good faith and use all reasonable endeavours to perform the Services. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in this Agreement, if, in its sole discretion, CM is not satisfied with the projected economic return of the Project, CM is released from any and all obligations it may have under this Agreement.

(3) The notification of accreditation, the relevant curriculum as well as the relevant University Statutes and Regulations accessible to the student constitute an integrated part of this Agreement.
Objects of the Agreement. In reaching this Agreement the parties acknowledge:
4.1 the need to maintain a working environment that is consistent with the Employer’s Mission to the Catholic Church;
4.2 that productivity and efficiency have a growing influence in the funeral industry and that the employer is expected to do more with the same level of resources;
4.3 the employer is committed to quality improvement which is accorded the highest priority to ensure long term job security for maintenance employees;
4.4 a mutual responsibility to maintain and develop the standard of work with the employer and the public perception of its staff and service; and
4.5 the need to maintain the long term financial viability of the employer.
