Observation and Evaluation. Non-OTES bargaining unit members will be evaluated, utilizing the appropriate forms located in Appendix A at least once every three (3) years. All evaluations shall be conducted using the appropriate best practices and with all of the applicable rights contained herein. OTES based bargaining unit member evaluation shall be according to the applicable sections of the ORC except as modified as follows:
