Occupational Injury Reemployment. A. Any former Member who is injured on the job and who within three years of their termination date is medically certified, by a physician mutually agreeable to both parties, to re-enter employment, may apply for reemployment. A former Member who passes the entry-level requirements as required by the job description and meets the minimum qualifications for the position shall be given preferential reemployment under the following guidelines:

Occupational Injury Reemployment within Two Years of Termination Any former employee of the various job classifications covered by this Agreement, or any preceding agreements, who is injured on the job as determined by the Police and Fire Retirement Board or Public EmployeesRetirement System (PERS), and who within two years of their termination date is medically certified to reenter employment and has applied for such, shall be given preferential reemployment under the following guidelines.

  • Occupational Injury Leave Occupational injury leave shall be governed by the Rules promulgated on this subject and the Ohio Revised Code 5503 as they exist on March 26, 1989, except as modified in this Article.   • Marriage Leave With Pay (a) After the completion of one (l) year's continuous employment, and providing an employee gives NAV CANADA at least fifteen (15) days' notice, the employee shall be granted five (5) days' marriage leave with pay for the purpose of getting married.

  • Injury-on-duty Leave With Pay An employee shall be granted injury-on-duty leave with pay for such reasonable period as may be determined by the Employer when a claim has been made pursuant to the Government Employees Compensation Act, and a Worker's Compensation authority has notified the Employer that it has certified that the employee is unable to work because of:

  • Disability Leave with Pay (A) An employee who sustains a job-related disability and is eligible for disability leave with pay under the provisions of Rule 60L-34, F.A.C., shall be carried in full-pay status for up to 40 work hours immediately following the onset of the injury without being required to use accrued leave.
