Office Space and Support. Each Host University agrees to provide office space and appropriate administrative support for visiting faculty and researchers.
Office Space and Support. Section 20.1 – Office Space for Those With 50% FTE Appointments or More The College shall provide designated space during an academic year for all bargaining unit faculty members who have a contract of 50% FTE (three classes during the academic year) or higher as set forth in the Letter of Appointment. This designated space shall identify the bargaining unit faculty member as an occupant. Once designated, this space cannot be changed during the academic year without the consent of the faculty member or the Labor Management Committee.
Office Space and Support. Xxxxxx will be responsible for supplying his own office space and support staff, if any. However, Transition Services may be performed at the Company’s premises upon the Company’s request (up to one visit to the Company’s California premises per month during the Transition Period). Any and all personnel hired by Xxxxxx, as employees, consultants, agents or otherwise (collectively “Staff”) shall be the sole responsibility of Xxxxxx. The Company further agrees to reimburse the reasonable expenses incurred by Xxxxxx in performing the Transition Services. Xxxxxx shall submit expense reports in the form required by the Company. Any expense incurred by Xxxxxx must be approved and documented to the Company’s satisfaction. Any reasonable business-related expense in excess of five hundred dollars ($500) will require prior written approval from the Company. Payment for reasonable business-related expenses shall be paid no later than thirty (30) days after Company’s receipt of the expense report. Xxxxxx shall comply with the Company’s travel policy in making any and all travel arrangements as required in conjunction with providing the Transition Services. Upon termination of this Agreement, Xxxxxx shall use best efforts to minimize all pre-approved additional charges, if any, to the Company as needed to wind down his transition services.
Office Space and Support. The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space, secretarial assistance, and such other facilities and services as shall be convenient and adequate for the performance of his duties as set forth in this Agreement.
Office Space and Support. For one month following the Retirement Date, Molex shall provide Hirokawa-san with an office at the Yamato facility and administrative support.
Office Space and Support. Executive’s services during the Consulting Period may be provided remotely from such location(s) as determined by Executive. During the Consulting Period, if requested by Executive, Company will provide Executive with the use of office space selected by Company at Company’s offices in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Midland, Texas, or at other locations, if necessary, as well as telephone, fax and copy machine access. Such office space may or may not be separated from office space used by other Company employees and contractors, and may be subject to change from time to time by Company in its sole discretion. Support services will be provided to Executive on a non-exclusive and non-priority basis, as and when available. It is understood that Executive will, upon Company’s request, provide the services contemplated by this Agreement and, if necessary, meet with representatives of Company at any of its locations mutually agreed upon by Company and Executive.
Office Space and Support. Beginning on the Transition Date and continuing until the Final Date, the Company will provide Xx. Xxxxxx with an office, assistant and technology support commensurate with his position as a senior consultant of the Company and as the Company deems reasonably necessary for Xx. Xxxxxx to provide the Consulting Services as contemplated herein. The office will be at a location that the Company determines to be suitable for Xx. Xxxxxx’x performance of the Consulting Services required under this Agreement.
Office Space and Support. The Company agrees that Individual shall have access, through December 31, 2004, to the office space, parking and related administrative support at the office space currently provided to him by the Company in Connecticut in accordance with past practice and without cost to Individual.
Office Space and Support. Protective understands that, in connection with the services you will provide Dai-ichi NA following the Protective Separation Date pursuant to the terms of an agreement between you and DLI North America Inc. (“Dai-ichi NA”), the Protective Office Space and Support (as such term is defined below) will be provided to you in connection with the provision of your services to Dai-ichi, at Dai-ichi NA’s expense, from the Protective Separation Date until the earlier of: (i) the termination of all services provided by you to Dai-ichi NA; or (ii) December 31, 2020 (such date, the “Dai-ichi NA Office Space End Date”). As previously approved by the Compensation Committee, Protective will provide the following office space and support, commencing on the date immediately following the Dai-ichi NA Office Space End Date and, except as provided in subsection (iii) immediately below, continuing at least through the fifth anniversary of your Separation from Service (or such later date as Protective shall determine):
Office Space and Support. Xxxxxxxx shall be provided, at the Company's expense, with an office and secretarial support at the Company's principal offices in Golden, Colorado through January 31, 1999.
