Use of Office Space. SUB-CONTRACTOR will allow BCOE to utilize office space at SUB-CONTRACTOR [Common Name of Office Building or Location], located at [Address, City, State, Zip], three (3) business days per week, during regular business hours, and as to not unreasonably interfere with the operations of SUB-CONTRACTOR, in order to perform work necessary and related to the Program.

Atached hereto as Exhibit “E” is a schedule that itemizes (1) all furniture and equipment located within the following offices as of the date of this Letter Agreement and (2) all furniture and equipment that Debtor is authorized to remove from the following offices prior to the Effective Date. i) The offices that are presently being occupied and used by Isabelle Sciommeri and her staff located within the East Towers, on Level 3G and the Mexxaniene Level, which offices are more fully depicted on Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, ii) The five (5) adjacent offices presently being used for the administration of the Health Club as more fully depicted on Exhibit “C-1” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this feference, providedc however that, during any period of more than one month during which the Health Club is closed, the usage of said offices shall revert back to Debtor, and Debtor shall then have the exclusive use of said offices. Should th Health Club later reopen, however, the Association shall again be entitled to the exclusive use of these offices, rent free.
Use of Office Space. Each employee of Seller hired by Buyer will continue to have access to, and working from, the office space assigned to such employee in the facility of the Seller until the earlier of November 30, 1998 or the date upon which such employee is instructed by Buyer to begin working from Buyer's facility. Buyer will be allowed to use Seller's copy machine(s) and fax machine(s), provided that Buyer purchases paper and other supplies for such use. In consideration of the use of office space, Buyer agrees to pay Seller the amounts enumerated in Schedule 14.7 hereof from the Closing Date through the last date upon which any employee under Buyer's employment works from a facility of Seller.
Use of Office Space. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to provide Employee office space at the offices of the Company for so long as the Company has extra space not being used for other Company business purposes. The space provided may or may not consist of the space that Employee is currently occupying and the Company is under no obligation to provide office space should its business requirements change. Employee may use such offices for conducting Company business or other unrelated business and shall at all times conduct himself in a manner consistent with the best interests of the Company and the other employees. The Employee shall install and pay for his own phone line and reimburse the Company for ancillary uses of existing office equipment owned by the Company (e.g., copier, phone, facsimile, etc.).
Use of Office Space. The Employer will provide to the Union, for a fixed monthly fee of $100, the use of an office inclusive of heat, power and Internet access. Reasonable telephone use and photo copying will be included unless, from the Employer’s point of view, the cost associated with those two items becomes unreasonable. Should that occur, the Employer retains the right to renegotiate the rental amount in such circumstances. At any time during the term of this Agreement, either party may terminate this XXX after the provision of 60-calendar day’s notice in writing. The parties agree that certain programs, as well as certain courses within programs, use a vocational type of learning that emphasizes a hands-on practical approach to learning. Use of Office Space. Throughout the term of this Lease, X. Xxxxx ------------------- Xxxxxxxx, H. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxx Xxxxxxxx shall have the right to use the office space that they currently occupy at no charge. It is hereby acknowledged by Lessor and Lessee that the items of personal property identified on Exhibit B attached hereto are the property of H. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, H. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, and that such individuals shall have the right to remove such property from the Premises at any time.
Use of Office Space a. The Occupied Space may only be used for general office purposes and for all uses associated with Bridge’s current business activities at the Occupied Space including, without limitation, trading, and all uses ancillary thereto. Bridge shall not perform any work or undertake any activity in the Occupied Space that may interfere or disturb the use or occupancy of the Premises by Reuters, or any other occupants of the Premises, for their respective business purposes. b. Bridge shall not use any of Reuters’ property, supplies or materials including, without limitation, IT-related equipment, office equipment, furniture or phones, except that Bridge shall (i) be permitted to continue to use all such office equipment, phones and furniture belonging to Reuters that Bridge currently uses at the Occupied Space, for the remainder of the Term, and (ii) be entitled to reasonable use of the pantry, if any, within the Premises. Further, the parties acknowledge that the Occupied Space shall not be separately demised and, therefore, each party has access to the other’s premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Reuters and Bridge each agree that it shall not use, review, accept or otherwise avail itself in any way of the other’s property including, but not limited to, materials, products or information (the “Confidential Information”) and shall (x) instruct its respective employees, agents, contractors, representatives and any other persons entering the Premises of such restriction and require such employees, agents, contractors and representatives to abide by such restriction and (y) immediately return all originals and any copies of any Confidential Information obtained by the other party in violation of this Section 2(b). Any material violation of this Section 2(b) by Bridge may be deemed a material breach of this Agreement by Bridge pursuant to which Reuters may immediately terminate this Agreement by written notice to Bridge, which termination shall be effective five (5) days following receipt of such notice.
Use of Office Space. (a) Subject to Seller's receipt of the consent of the applicable landlord, commencing on the Closing Date and continuing through December 31, 1999, Seller will permit the Company to use the office space described in greater detail on Schedule 5.10(a) hereto (the "Seller Space"), on the terms and conditions set forth in a letter agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto (the "Seller Space Agreement"). Seller shall use its best efforts to (i) obtain the required consents of the applicable landlords, and (ii) continue to lease the Seller Space through December 31, 1999. (b) Commencing on the Closing Date and continuing for a period of 60 days after the Closing Date, the Company will permit Seller to use the office space described in greater detail on Schedule 5.10(b) hereto (the "Company Space"), on the same terms and conditions on which Seller has used the Company Space immediately prior to the date hereof; provided, however, that Seller shall be permitted to use the Company Space free of charge. Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to vacate the Company Space as soon as possible.
