On-Line Access. The Servicer shall permit the Owner as owner of the servicing rights, internet access to certain computer screens in the Servicer’s loan administration computer system which contain Mortgage Loan information. The Servicer shall update such Mortgage Loan information on a “real time” basis. The Servicer shall provide the Owner with access to the system, as well as the tools to create and administer log-in identifications and passwords for each of its authorized users. In accessing the Servicer’s computerized loan administration system, the Owner agrees that it will: (i) only log-in with the identification assigned by the Servicer; (ii) correctly and completely log-off the system immediately upon completion of each session of service; (iii) not allow any unauthorized employee or agent of the Owner to use the assigned log-in identification or improperly access the Servicer’s computer system; (iv) keep the assigned log-in identification and all other information enabling such access strictly confidential; (v) not access, or attempt to access any Servicer systems or data other than that which is specifically authorized; (vi) not intentionally spread viruses or other malicious computer codes to the Servicer’s computer systems; (vii) not copy or infringe upon any content contained on the Servicer’s loan administration computer system; (viii) designate in writing an administrator (an “Owner Administrator”) who shall review on an annual basis the list of employees or agents of the Owner who have been authorized to access the Servicer’s loan administration computer system and assigned log-in identifications and passwords (each an “Authorized User”); (ix) require the Owner Administrator in conducting its review to ensure that each Authorized User is currently an employee or agent of the Owner and whose employment or function as agent of the Owner requires the Authorized User to have continued access to the Servicer’s loan administration computer system; (x) require the Owner Administrator to remove from the list of Authorized Users, and deny access to, any individual who is not currently an employee or agent of the Owner or whose employment or function as agent no longer requires such employee or agent of the Owner to remain an Authorized User and to have access to the Servicer’s loan administration computer system, and (xi) deliver to the Servicer on or before the end of the month following each anniversary of the date of execution of this Agreement, beginning on the...
On-Line Access. If the Custodian provides on-line access by means of a computer terminal to the Principal, or a representative designated by the Principal, for the retrieval of account information, the following terms and conditions shall be applicable:
A. Access may be restricted, at the sole option of the Custodian, to such data, reports and time of day as may, in the opinion of the Custodian, be necessary to ensure the proper and efficient performance of the Custodian's computer system; and
B. Users of the on-line access agree to establish appropriate internal procedures to control access to account information and in no case will the Custodian be liable to the Principal for any losses which the Principal may experience as a result of having information available via a computer terminal.
C. Users understand and agree that they will provide any terminal equipment (e.g., computers, including communications software, modems or other hardware devices) at their site necessary to use On-Line Access, and shall bear any and all costs and expenses with respect thereto as well as for the use of any third party telecommunications networks or direct-dial telephone lines used in connection therewith.
On-Line Access. In order to use the Platform, you will need to request a username and password ("Access Code") from Service Provider. You will need to provide the Access Code each time you wish to use the Platform. In relation to the Access Code you acknowledge and undertake that:
(a) you will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your Access Code; (b) other than with our prior written consent, you will not disclose your Access Code to persons other than your authorized employees or representatives for any purpose whatsoever; (c) Service Provider may rely on all instructions, orders and other communications entered using your Access Code, and you will be bound by any transaction entered into or expense incurred on your behalf in reliance on such instructions, orders and other communications; and (d) you will immediately notify Service Provider if you become aware of the loss, theft or disclosure to any third party or of any unauthorized use of your Access Code. If Service Provider believes that your Access Code is being used without your knowledge by unauthorized persons, Service Provider may without prior notice suspend your rights to use the Platform. Further, if Service Provider believes that you have supplied your Access Code to other persons in breach of this clause, then Service Provider may suspend Customer’s access to or use of the Platform and/or terminate this Agreement forthwith. You shall be solely responsible for making all appropriate arrangements with any telecommunications Service Providers or, where access to the Platform is provided through a third party server, any such third party, as may be necessary in order to obtain access to the Platform. Neither Service Provider, its Technology Providers, nor any company maintaining, operating, owning, licensing, or providing services to Service Provider in connection with the Platform (a “Service Provider”) makes any representation or warranty as to the suitability or otherwise of any such equipment, software or arrangements. You will not use, or allow the use of, the Platform: (i) in contravention of any laws, regulations or rules of any regulatory authorities to which you are subject; (ii) in any way (including without limitation posting information on the Platform where this facility is available) which is defamatory, obscene, abusive, indecent or menacing or which infringes any intellectual property rights or breaches obligations of confidence or which is otherwise illegal or unlawful; (iii) to i...
On-Line Access. 2.8.1 If Operator Customer Directory Information is entered or to be entered by On-line Access, the Parties shall co-operate to develop and agree an implementation plan and timescales.
2.8.2 The Operator shall (subject to the completion of the BTDS database training course):
2.8.2.1 procure On-Line Access in accordance with the BTDS Manuals.
2.8.2.2 ensure that all its employees using On-line Access to the Database have been trained by BTDS and have reached the required standard;
2.8.2.3 incur cancellation charges if attendance on a training course is cancelled within one week of the training course start date (and BTDS cannot subsequently fill the spare place(s) created in the training course).
2.8.2.4 treat other Operators’ Operator Customer Directory Information viewed pursuant to paragraph 2.8.3.5.2 as Confidential Information.
2.8.3 BTDS shall:
2.8.3.1 use reasonable endeavours to make the Database available, and to provide the following notice to the Operator of any periods of non-availability:
2.8.3.1.1 seven days’ notice to the Operator for planned outages that will be scheduled outside 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and
2.8.3.1.2 any such notice as may be practicable of any unplanned periods of non-availability.
2.8.3.2 make available the Database, via the BTwebportal, unless BTDS has either any reasonable concerns relating to the security of the Database. If BTDS remove any of the Operator’s access to the Database, BTDS shall
2.8.3.2.1 notify the Operator within two working hours and confirm the reason access has been removed including (where appropriate) estimated timescales to resolve, and
2.8.3.2.2 (subject to resolution of the security issue) restore access at the earliest opportunity,
2.8.3.3 make available On-line Access training from time to time.
2.8.3.4 provide bespoke On-line Access training (subject to BTDS’ availability) as requested by the Operator. The parties shall agree:
2.8.3.4.1 the location and requirements of the training to be delivered, and
2.8.3.4.2 the relevant charges and payments by the Operator.
2.8.3.5 permit on a non-exclusive basis the Operator to have remote On-line Access to:
2.8.3.5.1 the CUPIDs on the Database that are owned by the Operator, and
2.8.3.5.2 other Operator’s Customer Directory Information, only where access is required to support the Directory Listing Porting Request and Mixed Group Management processes as detailed in the BTDS Manuals for the sole purpose of amending, deleting and adding Operator Cust...
On-Line Access. CONTRACTOR shall provide the CRA’s On-Line Access to the CRIB via computer terminals and maintain an adequate hard copy back-up system.
On-Line Access. 23.1 Through the Trading Platform(s), you may review any of your trading accounts, including but not limited to open and closed positions. In addition, through the Member’s Area, you as the Client may manage your account and deposit or withdraw money depending on the Client’s trading needs.
23.2 To use the MetaTrader 4 Trading Platform the Client will need an account number and a trading password, which will be emailed to the address nominated on the application form.
23.3 In relation to the MetaTrader 4 Account number and password the Client acknowledges and undertakes that:
a. The Client will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of the password;
b. other than with Charterprime’s prior written consent, you will not disclose your account number and password to persons other than the Client’s authorized representatives for any purpose whatsoever;
c. Charterprime may rely on all instructions, orders and other communications entered using the Client’s password, and the Client will be bound by any transaction entered into or expense incurred on the Client’s behalf in reliance on such instructions, orders and other communications; and
d. You will immediately notify Charterprime at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx if you become aware of the loss, theft or disclosure to any third party or of any unauthorized use of your password.
23.4 If Charterprime believes that your account is being used without your knowledge by unauthorized persons, we may without prior notice suspend your rights to use the Trading Platform.
23.5 The Client shall be solely responsible for providing and maintaining any equipment and software and for making all appropriate arrangements with any telecommunications suppliers or, where access to the Trading Platform is provided through a third-party server, any such third party, necessary to obtain access to the MetaTrader 4 Trading Platform. Neither Charterprime nor any company maintaining, operating, owning, licensing, or providing services to Charterprime about, the Trading Platform makes any representation or warranty as to the suitability or otherwise of any such equipment, software or arrangements you use.
23.6 The Client will not use, or allow the use of, the Trading Platform:
i. in contravention of any laws, regulations or rules of any regulatory authorities to which either parties are subjected to;
ii. to introduce a software virus or other disruptive program or do any act that would cause the Trading Platform to become unavailable for...
On-Line Access. A. LIS agrees to grant on-line access to Durham Company for purposes of accessing policy and agent information. The access software to be used should be agreed upon by those two parties. A portion of the expenses for such on-line access will be allocated to Xxxxxx.

Client’s use of third-party web sites is subject to any applicable terms and conditions of use and privacy policies of such sites.
