The On-site Coordinator will also report serious performance issues (e.g., a vendor arriving more than ten minutes late to class; vendor not showing up to class) to the Administrator, the PTA Liaison(s), and the PTA President or his/her designee immediately. If approved by the administrator, the On-site coordinator will allow enrollee parents to view their child(ren)’s classroom so as to assess the class quality and fit for their child(ren). Should a parent’s attendance interfere with classroom functioning, the On-site Coordinator will reach out to the PTA President or his/her designee and/or PTA Liaison(s) to discuss with the parent(s). Should a parent have a concern about a class and request to view their child’s classroom, such a request will be considered by the Administrator and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
On-Site Coordinator. The Program Manager is the on-site coordinator who oversees the market and, who in addition to the Noblesville Main Street Executive Officer, has the authority to assign vending space, answer questions about permitted goods and other regulations, collect fees and enforce the grievance, code of conduct and/or disciplinary policies as described below.   • Project Coordinator Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice.
