Survey purpose and distribution – In order to solicit appropriate and specific feedback from the citizens of Xxxxxxxxxx County, it is recommended that an online community survey be prepared and administered as part of this project. An introduction to the survey will clarify the County’s role in providing parks and recreation as it relates to the unincorporated areas of the County. This will be used as an education opportunity to help define the role of the County to the citizens prior to asking them to identify their community preferences for the future of the County’s parks, recreation, and open space system. Online Community Survey. Halff will prepare and administer one (1) online public survey to be conducted early in the planning process. This includes preparing a draft survey and social media flyer and vetting with City staff. The City will be responsible for all preparing and facilitating the advertising of the survey through social media, website and other media outreach tools. It is recommended that the City consider offering participation incentive(s), as appropriate, to take the survey. Halff will tabulate the survey results and incorporate, as appropriate, into the plan. The survey can be prepared in additional languages besides English for an additional service. Tabulated raw data compilation and high-level summary with infographics and written takeaways for use during the process. Online Community Survey. 1. GMC will draft, review, and administer an on-line public opinion survey. The questions on the survey will be based on guidance from the Technical Advisory Committee and the Steering Committee.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence.   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors.   • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
