Online Tools. Servicer will itself or through a permitted subcontractor (e.g., TSYS) provide the following online tools and services, each of which shall be accessible using commonly available web-browsers (i.e., Internet Explorer, Netscape). Such tools and services shall conform to Bank’s security requirements: • Cardholder Tool and Website — A web based Cardholder tool used to view transactions and balances via the internet. • TSYS Access – View-only access which may be used by Bank, as the issuing Bank, to interface into the Servicer System in order to, among other things, check Gift Card transactional activity. • FTP Reporting Tool – Bank may use this web-reporting tool to view all reports described in this Schedule.
