Such tools and services shall conform to Bank’s security requirements: • Cardholder Tool and Website — A web based Cardholder tool used to view transactions and balances via the internet. • TSYS Access – View-only access which may be used by Bank, as the issuing Bank, to interface into the Servicer System in order to, among other things, check Gift Card transactional activity. • FTP Reporting Tool – Bank may use this web-reporting tool to view all reports described in this Schedule.

Online tools. Strong IT tools can make a big difference to the effectiveness of an open doors project, but require specialist expertise to develop and are unaffordable to individual groups. The resources as listed in section 2.2.3 will be available to local groups to run professional Open Homes events that are as successful and effective as possible, with a minimum of associated expense or risk.
