Operating Records. The SBWMA will cause the Facilities’ Contractor to maintain accurate, timely, and complete records of operations at the Facilities, as necessary to comply with any CIWMA or other State requirements, or this Agreement.
Operating Records. Owner shall maintain complete and accurate records of all information necessary for the proper administration of this Agreement and for Owner to comply with its obligations under this Agreement, consistent with industry standards. Owner shall maintain a daily operations log, which log shall include information on:
(a) electrical characteristics of the Project and settings or adjustments of the Project’s control equipment (including the power conversion system) and protective devices
(b) charging and discharging (including charging and discharging efficiency), Station Use consumption and efficiency, Stored Energy Level, and availability (including availability to charge and discharge and State of Charge).
(c) maintenance performed,
(d) Outages and changes in operating status,
(e) inspections, and
(f) any other significant events related to operation of the Project. Information maintained pursuant to this Section 6.2 shall be provided to CHGE, within fifteen

AER shall each keep complete and accurate records and all other data required for the purposes of proper administration of this Agreement (including but not limited to verification of performance of Participating Facilities), including such records as may be required from time to time by state or federal regulatory authorities. AER shall retain all such records pursuant to the requirements in Section 22.16 and allow CL&P access to such records for *** following termination or expiration of this Agreement and forward all such records to CL&P within ten days following the termination or expiration of this Agreement. In addition to the foregoing, AER shall provide to CL&P and/or the CT DPUC any such operating records as may be required by AER and/or CL&P to verify the performance of the Program and/or the performance of the Parties under this Agreement.
Operating Records. The books and records of the Corporation disclose all material transactions entered into by the Corporation or on its behalf to the Closing Date.

Operating Records. The operating records shall set forth, as appropriate, in respect of each material balance area:
(a) those operating data which are used to establish changes in the quantities and composition of nuclear material;
(b) the data obtained from the calibration of tanks and instruments and from sampling and analyses, the procedures to control the quality of measurements and the derived estimates of random and systematic error;
(c) a description of the sequence of the actions taken in preparing for, and in taking, a physical inventory, in order to ensure that it is correct and complete; and
(d) a description of the actions taken in order to ascertain the cause and magnitude of any accidental or unmeasured loss that might occur. ABACC shall provide the Agency with reports as detailed in Articles 58 to 63 and 65 to 67 in respect of nuclear material subject to safeguards under this Agreement.
Operating Records. Comverge and PNM shall each keep complete and accurate records and all other data required by each of them for the purposes of proper administration of this Agreement, including such records as may be required by state or federal regulatory authorities.
Operating Records. Each party agrees to make available to the other party from time to time, but not more frequently than quarterly, upon reasonable notice, for a period of two years following the Closing Date, such party's operating records for the Properties, to the extent such party has operating records, in order to permit the requesting party to prepare such historical financial statements for the Properties as such party requires to satisfy legal or contractual obligations. The party making its operating records available shall have no obligation to prepare any operating statements or incur any expense in connection with the provisions of this Section. Seller shall not be obligated to retain operating records or make such operating records available to Buyer to the extent such records have been delivered to Buyer.

Operating Records. Seller and Company shall each keep complete and accurate records and all other data required by each of them for the purposes of proper administration of this PPA, including such records as may be required by Governmental Authorities, MISO, NERC or MRO as applicable.
