Operational Contact. The Parties shall each identify one representative to serve as an Operational Contact to be the initial point of contact to coordinate the operational communication between the Parties to administer the implementation of this Agreement. Each Party shall notify the other Party in writing of the personnel that it has appointed. Prompt notice in writing of changes to the identity of the Operational Contact shall be given by each Party to the other.
