Ordinary Span of Hours 2. 1.1.1 The ordinary hours of work shall be 38 hours per week and 7.6 hours per day from Monday to Sunday however due to seasonal operations, the following shall apply: 2.1.1.2 From 1 October to 31 March (the ‘swimming season’) employees may work up to 50 hours per week in accordance with a roster mutually agreed between the Employee and relevant Manager. The ordinary span of hours during this period shall be 5:30am to 8:30pm Monday to Sunday. 2.1.2 Time off in Lieu (TOIL) 2.1.2.1 Hours worked in excess of 38 hours per week during the swimming season will be banked as TOIL. TOIL shall accrue at the rate of 150% for the first three hours worked and 200% for each hour worked thereafter. 2.1.2.2 From 1 April to 30 September each year, all TOIL hours and annual leave entitlements, if required, shall be utilised. 2.1.2.3 Where Employees do not have sufficient TOIL and annual leave entitlements to cover this period, Employees will be required to work at the Gawler Sports and Recreational Centre in accordance with the special hours provisions herein applying to the Centre. 2.1.2.4 Seasonal hours worked by Employees engaged at the swimming pool facility may be varied by the Employer to meet operational needs. 2.1.2.5 Any exceptions to these special hours arrangements shall be subject to an individual employment agreement as agreed between the Employee and relevant Manager. 2.2

  • Span of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:

  • Standard Hours (1) Except as otherwise provided, the standard workweek shall consist of five consecutive days from Monday to Friday, inclusive.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.
