Orientation Programs. 1. The Association shall be given up to two hours’ time during the orientation day program to present Association programs to all employees with the bargaining unit. 2. The District shall provide the Association with a list of all newly hired bargaining unit members and bargaining unit members who have separated employment from the District upon request, which will include their names, assignments, hire dates, separation dates, and worksites.
