Overtime and Double Time. For those employees of the Management and Confidential unit whom are non-exempt, overtime and double time rates shall apply as defined in the District’s Employee policy - Compensation. PTO and CTO hours taken during regularly scheduled hours do not count towards hours for purposes of determining overtime or double time.

Overtime and Double Time. Time and one-half the regular rate of pay shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in a day, except in those cases where an employee’s normal schedule consists of ten (10) hour days, then time and one-half the regular rate of pay shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of ten (10) hours in a day. Double time at the regular rate of pay shall be paid for all overtime hours worked on Sundays, or any time worked on holidays hereinafter defined, except for persons whose holidays and Sundays may be a part of the normal work schedule as defined by the Director of Building and Grounds. All overtime may, at the discretion of the employee, be “banked” as compensatory time at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) hours for each hour of overtime worked until a maximum of forty (40) hours has been banked. All overtime worked in excess of the banked forty (40) shall be paid in cash, included with the employee’s normal paycheck, at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee’s regular rate of pay. Compensatory-time-off may be taken any time with approval of the Director of Building and Grounds. Compensatory time may be paid off at any time during the year.

Overtime and Double Time. Work performed in excess of eight (8) hours in a workday and forty (40) hours in a workweek will be paid at one and one-half times (1.5x) the employee’s regular rate of pay. Work performed in excess of twelve (12) hours in a workday will be paid at double (2x) the employee’s regular rate of pay. For the purposes of computing overtime, hours of paid absences for jury duty, bereavement, PTO or PSL are not hours worked. There will be no pyramiding of premium pay.

  • Double Time Double time will be paid as follows: (a) For time worked on the calendar Sunday. (b) For time worked on the calendar holidays designated in Section (12.1).

  • Applicable Time For purposes of the Distribution Agreement, the Applicable Time shall be 10:00 am Central Standard Time on March 7, 2008.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • RDDS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, host or contact, up until the servers of the RDDS services reflect the changes made.

  • DNS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, until the name servers of the parent domain name answer “DNS queries” with data consistent with the change made. This only applies for changes to DNS information.

  • Place and Time The closing of the sale and purchase of the Shares (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Xxxxx Xxxxx & Associates, PLLC, 0 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, X.X. 00000 on such date (the “Closing Date”) and time as the parties shall so agree. Except as agreed to by the parties, the Closing shall occur simultaneous with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • More Time Needed If the Engineer determines or reasonably anticipates that the work authorized in a work authorization cannot be completed before the specified completion date, the Engineer shall promptly notify the State. The State may, at its sole discretion, extend the work authorization period by execution of supplemental authorization, using the form attached hereto as Attachment D. F-2. Changes in Scope. Changes that would modify the scope of the work authorized in a work authorization must be enacted by a written supplemental work authorization. The Engineer must allow adequate time for the State to review and approve any request for a time extension prior to expiration of the work authorization. If the change in scope affects the amount payable under the work authorization, the Engineer shall prepare a revised work authorization budget for the State's approval.

  • Date, Time and Place of Closing The time, place and date of the Formation Transaction shall be at 10:00 a.m. in the office of DLA Piper LLP (US), 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx on the day on which the Company receives the proceeds from the Public Offering from the underwriters thereof (the “Closing” or “Closing Date”); provided, however, that the Contributor shall deliver the Closing Documents into a closing escrow established by the Company and the Operating Partnership one (1) business day prior to the expected Closing Date.

  • Living Away From Home Allowance When Employees are to be engaged on a Project requiring them to live away from home, the provisions of Appendix I will apply in determining their entitlement and the conditions whilst they are living away from home.

  • Delivery of Registration Statement, Time of Sale Prospectus and Prospectus The Company shall furnish to you in New York City, without charge, prior to 10:00 a.m. New York City time on the business day next succeeding the date of this Agreement and during the period when a prospectus relating to the Offered Shares is required by the Securities Act to be delivered (whether physically or through compliance with Rule 172 under the Securities Act or any similar rule) in connection with sales of the Offered Shares, as many copies of the Time of Sale Prospectus, the Prospectus and any supplements and amendments thereto or to the Registration Statement as you may reasonably request.
