Overtime and Premium Pay. (a) Any work in excess o f 8 hours in any day, or 40 hours in any week, and any work on Sunday or on any day ^ o f rest or on any holiday as herein provided, is and shall he considered overtime work. Overtime work shall be com­ pensated at the rate o f one and one-halftimes the regular hourly wage. On the holidays provided hereunder, such overtime pay shall be in addition to the pay herein pro- „ vided for such holidays. Effective January 1, 1978, Sun­ day work shall he compensated at twice the regular hourly rate. (h) Full time employees, other than assistant xxxx­ gers ami department heads, reporting for work at 2 P.M. or later shall receive therefore, in addition to their regular hourly wage, premium pay of 10c/c of their regular hourly wage. Such premium pay shall he deemed part of their V regular hourly wage with respect to applicable hours he­ reunder in the calculation o f overtime pay under the pro­ visions of this Agreement. Such premium pay shall he paid onlv for the weeks when such employees work such late shift. There shall he no change from such late work shift during the work week. No employee shall be changed to such late shift without the consent of the Union. (c) Full time employees (other than assistant xxxx­ xxxx, department heads and employees covered by para­ graph (b) o f this Article) reporting for work on any day before 4 P.M., if required to work after 7 P.M. on any day, shall receive, in addition to their regular hourly wage, premium pay o f $1.00 per hour for all work after 7 P.M. on any day, except that for all hours worked in excess o f 8 hours on any day, they shall be compensated at the over­ time rate of one and one-half times their regular hourly wage. (d) There shall be no pyramiding or duplication of overtime and/or premium pay.

(d) AIJ full time clerks hired after October 1, 1986, other than those working on a regular night pack out crew who are assigned to a late shift shall be paid $2.00 per shift premium in addition to their regular pay. A late shift is one that comences at 12:00 noon or later. (e) There shall be no pyramiding or duplication of overtime and/or premium pay.

(d) There B. An employee shall be no pyramiding or duplication paid two (2) times his regular hourly rate of overtime and/or pay inclusive of shift premium for: 1. Work on a holiday specified in this Agreement in addition to holiday pay 2. Work on Sunday provided the employee has worked the day before and all regularly scheduled hours Monday through Friday (the following excused absences shall be considered as hours worked: holidays, FMLA leave, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, and fire call union business). i If an employee working on Sunday is not eligible for double time, but such employee has worked the (Saturday) the employee nonetheless shall receive time and one half (1 ½) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked on said Sunday. C. Overtime and premium pay shall not be paid more than once for the same hours worked.
