Overtime and Premium Pay. (1) One and one-half times the employee’s regular hourly rate will be paid for all hours worked after eight (8) hours of work on the first through the fifth work days in a workweek or after forty (40) straight time hours of work in a workweek, and for the first twelve (12) hours worked on a sixth work day in a workweek.
