Overtime and Premium Pay. Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week. Section 2. The Employer shall have the right to xx- xxxxxxx when overtime shall be worked. The Em- ployer shall also have the right to require the per- formance of such work. In the event overtime is needed, the scheduling of said overtime will be ac- cording to Local Agreements. Section 3. In no event shall overtime or premium pay be pyramided or duplicated. Section 4. Premiums and On-Call pay for term of the National Addendum are specified in Appendix B, Premium Pay Rates. Section 5. The above provisions referenced in Ap- pendix B will be implemented on July 1, 2016, or at such later time as the new payroll and HRIS system goes live.
