Overtime Meal Allowance. (a) When an employee is required to work in excess of two and one-half (2½) hours' overtime immediately before or after completion of his/her scheduled daily hours, he/she shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed with an overtime meal allowance, and a meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay will be given. The overtime meal allowance shall be twelve dollars and thirty-five cents ($12.35). (b) If the employee continues to work overtime beyond three (3) hours, a further meal or allowance and meal break as above shall be provided upon completion of an additional four (4) hours worked; and upon the completion of every three (3) hours worked thereafter.
