Common use of Overtime Meal Allowance Clause in Contracts

Overtime Meal Allowance. Where an employee is required to work overtime on a particular day which was not pre- scheduled and which would result in the employee working more than nine (9) consecutive hours in a day, the employee will receive a meal allowance of $7.00.

Overtime Meal Allowance.
