Overtime Outside of an Employee's Primary Department. For the purpose of distribution of overtime time outside of an employee's primary department: The company will post a list in the main Supervisor's office on each Monday and will remain posted until the following Thursday for the following weeks possible overtime (Monday through Sunday overtime). Employees interested in working overtime outside of their primary department for the following week, must list their name under the Department(s) for each day they are interesting in working on. When the need for overtime comes available outside of their primary department, the overtime will be offered on plant wide seniority provided the employee has the qualification to perform the work and has signed the overtime list referenced above. Once an employee has accepted the overtime, he/she is locked into that department overtime excepted if overtime becomes available in their primary department. In the event that overtime has to be cancelled, the affected employee(s) will not be allowed to displace junior employee(s) working overtime in any other departments.
