Overtime Provisions. 3 A. Overtime is calculated at one and one-half (1½) the employee’s straight time 4 hourly rate of pay. 6 B. Overtime hours shall be computed to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) hour. 8 C. All overtime must be properly authorized by the Employer. 10 D. Hours paid but not worked shall not count as hours worked for purposes of 11 computing overtime. 13 E. There shall be no pyramiding or duplication of overtime pay.
