Overtime Provisions. (a) Operators Overtime Operators shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times their straight time hours for all work they perform that is in excess of eight (8) hours per day, except as provided elsewhere in this Contract. (b) Schedule Makers Overtime Overtime shall be paid at time and a half (1½) rate of pay for all work Schedule Makers performed in excess of eight (8) hours per day. Overtime shall be paid for work on days off for all work hours in excess of forty (40) hours in the week. A holiday or vacation will be considered a work day.
