Common use of Overtime Rotation Clause in Contracts

Overtime Rotation. The Employer shall determine what classification overtime is to be offered in. Within the affected classification, scheduled overtime shall be offered first by seniority, on a rotation basis, to the full-time members of the bargaining unit. In the event that no full-time member of that classification agrees to work the scheduled overtime, the opportunity for overtime may be filled by other employees.
