Overview and Organization. LIHEAP and WAP programs are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Human Services, Division of Community Services. DHS is an organization of opportunity, working hand­in­hand with other resources in Rhode Island to offer a full continuum of services for families, adults, children, elders, individuals with disabilities and veterans. The goals of DHS are to create families that are strong, productive, healthy and independent; adults that are healthy and reach their maximum potential; Children that are safe, healthy, ready to learn and reach their full potential; ensure that elders and individuals with disabilities receive a full continuum of services to enhance their quality of life; and that veterans are cared for and honored. An organizational chart for the Weatherization Assistance Program itself has been uploaded to the SF­424. The State Energy Plan (SEP) program remains at the Office of Energy Resources in the RI Department of Administration. The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) administers all CDBG grants awarded to the State of Rhode Island. The State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is intended to develop viable communities by providing decent housing, expanding economic opportunities and creating suitable living environments ­ primarily for low/moderate income persons (those earning at or below 80% of Area Median Income). Each year the State of Rhode Island receives a formula allocation of CDBG funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to be distributed to eligible Rhode Island communities. The weatherization assistance program is operated by six community action agencies statewide. Historically, RI Community Action Agencies have implemented WAP at the local level with the exception of the multi­family program that was administered by RI Housing during the ARRA­era.

Overview and Organization. The NJ WAP is located within DCA’s Division of Housing and Community Resources (DHCR). The Division of Housing and Community Services consists of the following programs: Home Energy Assistance, Weatherization Assistance Program, Office of Community Services, and multiple of housing programs such as Section 8, HUD funded Community Development Block Grant and DIsaster Recovery Program, etc. NJ WAP consists of a Program Manager who oversees the day to day operation of the program. Three support staff is assigned to provide program support. These three individuals are responsible for responding to general program inquiries, processing income verification requests, receiving and funneling client complaints to WAP Agencies for corrective action and providing program support to the Program Manager. There are 5 State Monitors assigned to monitoring, conducting quality control inspections and providing technical assistance to WAP Agencies. The program unit reports to the Division Director of DHCR. The Division's Fiscal Unit provides assistance with processing fiscal activities such as processing grant agreements, vendor contracts and payments to WAP Agencies. The State Energy Program is located at another State Agency, the Board of Public Utilities. The NJDCA does not have administrative oversight for this program.
Overview and Organization. The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) has been designated by the Governor as the State’s administering agency for the Weatherization Assistance Pr entities, will contract with THDA to provide weatherization assistance in each of Tennessee's ninety-five counties. THDA's intent is to provide weatherization services s The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) was established under Title IV of the Energy Conservation and Production Act and amended by the National Energy C Improvement Act of 1990. The program is administered and funded at the federal level by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This program is designed to assist lo education. Weatherization measures provided by this program will reduce heat loss and energy costs by improving the thermal efficiency of dwelling units occupied by lo All allocations to local agencies are subject to Congressional appropriation (and/or Federal Court orders) and subsequent allocations to the State by the DOE. Funding allocations to Subgrantees will be provided based on the percentage of low-income population within a county. Subgrantees who are not on track to fully expend their a year will be recaptured by the State, and reallocated at the THDA’s discretion. Subgrantees are expected to meet performance and quality standards, as defined by the State. Failure to meet these standards can result in termination of the Subgrante Subgrantees may request advance payment to THDA in writing to meet the immediate cash needs of the program and requirements of 2 CFR 200.305.   • Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security. Individual measures may be replaced by new measures that serve the same purpose without diminishing the security level protecting Personal Data.

  • Scaling Locations, Rules, and Organizations All logs from timber sold under the terms and conditions of this contract shall be: (1) scaled at a location approved in writing by STATE; (2) scaled by a third-party scaling organization with a current agreement with STATE; and (3) scaled using the Official Log Scaling and Grading Rules (as adopted by the Northwest Log Rules Advisory Group) and STATE special service scaling instructions in effect at the time the logs are scaled. Utilization scale shall be handled in accordance with the section titled, “Utilization Scale.” PURCHASER shall enter into a written agreement with a third-party scaling organization for the scaling of logs removed from the timber sale area. PURCHASER shall furnish STATE with a copy of the scaling agreement upon request. If logs are delivered when a TPSO scaler is not present, PURCHASER must provide STATE with a method to assure protection and accountability. PURCHASER shall provide STATE with remote check scaling opportunities for logs scaled under this contract. The last two loads at each delivery point shall be continuously available for checking. They shall remain available for a minimum of 48 hours unless replaced by other STATE loads. They shall be available as originally presented for scaling; i.e., if truck scaled, they shall be presented in bunks. In the event scaling is suspended for any reason, hauling operations shall be immediately suspended until approved alternate scaling services are provided, or service by the scaling organization is resumed.

  • Name and Organizational Changes (a) PSP must provide TFC with written notification of all name changes and organizational changes relating to PSP including, but not limited to, merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale no later than sixty (60) days prior to such change. PSP, in its notice, shall describe the circumstances of the name or organizational change, state its new name, provide the new Tax Identification Number, if available, and describe how the change will impact its ability to perform under the Agreement. All written notifications of organizational change must include a detailed statement specifying the change and supporting documentation evidencing continued right of Agreement or successor entity, as applicable, to maintain its status as a party to this Agreement. If the change entails personnel changes for personnel performing the responsibilities of the Agreement for PSP, PSP shall identify the new personnel and provide resumes to TFC, if resumes were originally required by the solicitation. TFC may require other information or documents related to the change and its impact on the PSP and Agreement shall supply the requested information within five (5) working days of receipt of the request.

  • Project Organization A summary organization chart showing the interrelationships between Owner, Construction Contractor and Design Professional, and other supporting organizations and permitting review agencies. Detailed charts, one each for Construction Contractor and Design Professional, showing organizational elements participating in the Project shall be included.

  • Project Organization Chart As part of the Mini-Bid, the Authorized User may require the Contractor to develop and submit a proposed project organization chart. The project organization chart should identify all the proposed key personnel of each team component and how the team will be managed. If required, the project organization chart must include both Contractor and State staff roles as identified in the Mini-Bid.

  • Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures SAP has implemented and will apply the technical and organizational measures set forth in Appendix 2.   • Professional Organizations During the Term, Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the annual dues payable for membership in professional societies associated with subject matter related to the Company's interests. New memberships for which reimbursement will be sought shall be approved by the Company in advance.
