Owner’s Project Criteria. Owner shall provide Design-Builder with Owner’s Project Criteria including the UW Facilities Design Standard. If Owner desires that Design-Builder assist Owner in developing such criteria, Owner shall provide Design-Builder with its objectives, limitations and other relevant information regarding the Project.
Owner’s Project Criteria. Design-Builder's Proposal, except for the Deviation List, submitted in response to Owner's Project Criteria; and
Owner’s Project Criteria. All permits, approvals, and licenses set forth in the Owner’s Permit List attached as an exhibit to the Design-Build Agreement; and
Owner’s Project Criteria are developed by or for Owner to describe Owner’s program requirements and objectives for the Project, including use, space, price, time, site and expandability requirements, as well as submittal requirements and other requirements governing Design-Builder’s performance of the Work. Owner’s Project Criteria may include conceptual documents, design criteria, design performance specifications, design specifications, and LEED® or other sustainable design criteria and other Project-specific technical materials and requirements. Any provisions of the Design-Build Agreement which relate to the concept of Owner’s Project Criteria shall also be in effect within this Agreement.

Owner’s Project Criteria. Owner shall provide Design-Builder with Owner’s Project Criteria and other relevant data for Design – Builder to provide Services under this Agreement. If Owner desires that Design-Builder assist Owner in developing additional studies and / or criteria as an Additional Service under Section 2.8 hereof, Owner shall provide Design-Builder with its objectives, limitations and other relevant information regarding such services.

  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.

  • Design Criteria A/E shall prepare all work in accordance with the latest version of applicable County’s procedures, specifications, manuals, guidelines, standard drawings, and standard specifications. A/E shall prepare each Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) package in a form suitable for letting through County’s construction contract bidding and awarding process.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Construction Budget The total amount of funds indicated by the District for the entire Project plus all other costs, including design, construction, administration, and financing.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment “C”. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer provides refrigerated warehousing and logistic distribution services to clients throughout the United States. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to invest in a new refrigeration and distribution facility in the XxXxxxxxx Park area of Sacramento, California, and hire full-time employees (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit A (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of full-time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the full-time employees hired within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by Taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, the salary of any full-time employee hired to fill a vacated position in which a full-time employee was employed during Taxpayer’s Base Year shall be disregarded.
