Identification and other information will be requested of individuals opening new accounts and those with existing accounts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and you agree not to misrepresent your identity. It is solely your responsibility, and you agree, to ensure that the contact information in your user profile is current and accurate, including your name, address, phone number and email addresses. In all cases, the protection of our customer’s identity and confidentiality is City National Bank’s pledge to you. We will rely on the information that you provide until you notify City National Bank of a change in that information, and we have had a reasonable time to act on that change. In the event that we are unable to verify the information you provide, a CNB representative may call you at the phone number you provided to further verify your information. We may restrict or prohibit further use of your account and the CityNET Online Financial Services if you fail to comply with requirements necessary to verify your identity.
