Ownership; Responsibility. Grass Valley does not own any Customer Data. Customer, not Grass Valley, shall have the sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, security, reliability, appropriateness and intellectual property ownership or right to use all Customer Data and all Personal Data submitted, collected, transmitted, processed or possessed by any User, including obtaining all rights necessary for Customer to submit Customer Data and Personal Data on or through the SaaS Services and otherwise use or process such Customer Data and Personal Data using the SaaS Services. Grass Valley shall not be responsible or liable for the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss, or failure to store any Customer Data or any such Personal Data, except to the extent Applicable Data Protection Laws require Grass Valley to delete or correct any portion of such Customer Data or Personal Data.

Grass Valley shall not be responsible or liable for the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss, or failure to store any Advanced Channel Partner Data or any such Personal Data, except to the extent Applicable Data Protection Laws require Grass Valley to delete or correct any portion of such Advanced Channel Partner Data or Personal Data.
Ownership; Responsibility. Grass Valley does not own Customer Data. Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data, including Personal Data, as submitted or used through SaaS Services, and Customer’s right to use them..
Ownership; Responsibility. Developer acknowledges that the Parking Easement Improvements and Terrace Improvements constructed by Developer on the City Property shall be solely the property of City, and neither such improvements nor the Easement Areas or any other portion of the City Property shall be encumbered or pledged by Developer as security for any Developer financing. Notwithstanding the above, until such time as this Agreement expires or is terminated, Developer shall have the same responsibility and liability for such improvements as though they were owned by Developer, including but not limited to the indemnity and insurance obligations specified herein.
Ownership; Responsibility. Ownership of the iPad rests with the Easton Area School District and has been issued for my use only. I will not share it with others, including family members. I will follow the guidelines stated in the EASD Policies 815 and 815.1 and any other related policies. I understand that the policies apply to the use of the iPad both on and off school grounds. I understand that any ISP charges incurred from accessing the Internet are my responsibility and not chargeable to the school district. I understand that if I leave the high school or school district, I must return the iPad with all accessories to grade level office of my school/building on or before my last day of enrollment. I will return the iPad with all accessories at the end of the 2017 2018 school year. I understand software/apps may only be installed on this iPad from the selfservice menu. I understand that the technology staff is not responsible for issues due to unauthorized software conflicts. Should any faults occur with the hardware, I will report them to the Writing Lab to issue a Help Desk as soon as possible in order to make arrangements for the necessary repairs. If there is a fault with the software, students are to report the issue to a teacher to issue a Help Desk. I will not attempt to fix any problems on my own nor contact Apple or any outside vendor for repairs. It is the my responsibility to maintain a backup my own data. I understand that, as per board policies 815 and 815.1, the EASD is not responsible for lost data. It is my responsibility as a student at EAHS to keep the assigned iPad and accessories secure and protected at all times. To keep it secure and protected, I will: use protective storage bags or carrying cases; not leave the iPad unattended; use car trunks or other means to keep iPads out of plain sight; keep car doors locked at all times; be aware of extreme (hot or cold) temperatures in an enclosed vehicle that can harm the electronics of the iPad; keep drinks, food, lotions and other harmful materials away from the iPad; avoid leaving the iPad unsupervised in areas with children or pets.
Ownership; Responsibility. County will be responsible for the Billlboard improvements, fixtures, maintenance, connections to the property, and billboard structure including those anchor points to and below the surface at its current location.

The agreed upon percentage ownership interest in the High Voltage Switchyard and financial liability of each Participant for Construction Funds and Operating Funds concerning the High Voltage Switchyard, as shown in Appendix B hereto. 4.32 Palo Verde-East 500 kV Transmission Line: A 500 kV transmission line to be constructed from a bay position within the ANPP High Voltage Switchyard to a termination point, the location of which is presently under study, located east of the ANPP High Voltage Switchyard.

The intellectual property and all other rights, title and interest of any nature in and to the Customer Data are and shall remain the exclusive property of Customer and its licensors. Except as expressly set forth herein, nothing herein shall be construed as transferring any rights, title or interests to PFM or any third party. Customer represents and warrants that: (i) Customer has the right to provide PFM the license granted herein to use such Customer Data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and (ii) the Customer Data does not infringe or violate any patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property, proprietary or privacy or publicity rights of any third party. Customer shall remain solely responsible and liable for the Customer Data and expressly releases PFM from any and all liability arising from PFM’s use of the Customer Data as permitted herein.

(A point of supply is any point at which your lines, fittings, and equipment connect: ▪ To a circuit breaker, switch, fuse, or other isolating device on the line network); ▪ In the case of gas, the gas meter. Ownership of meters and metering equipment remains at all times with Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
