In addition, Residents must display professional demeanor, conduct and communication at all times to patients, visitors, other health care professionals, students and staff.

P rofessionalism. Provider agrees to complete its Work in a professional manner and to conduct its operations and hold itself out to the public in accordance with the same. Provider agrees the personnel used to complete the Work shall do so in attire satisfactory to Divisions. In this regard, Provider agrees to maintain and remove any debris from the Project jobsite or to deposit such debris into a dumpster approved by Divisions for Provider’s use, and if Provider fails to comply then Divisions may impose or otherwise deduct Divisions cost plus 50% f or providing such services from Provider’s compensation. Provider agrees to use reliable transportation that does not detract from the appearance of the jobsite or leak fluids that may damage parking lots, driveways or sidewalks. Provider acknowledges its Work shall not interfere with the other work being performed at the Project or the business operations of the Owner or Divisions’ client and Provider shall not allow any radios or electronic devices that distract from the focus of the Work or interfere or otherwise create a nuisance o safety concern. Provider agrees that it will maintain the worksite free from the influence or presence of any drugs, alcohol, and/or smoking. In the event that any Provider personnel performing Work hereunder is found to be unacceptable to Divisions for any reason, Divisions shall have the right to notify Provider of such fact (without waiving any other rights or remedies it may have hereunder) and Provider shall promptly remove such personnel from performing any further Work and, if requested by Divisions, provide a replacement with similar experience, suitable ability and suitable qualifications who is acceptable to Divisions, at no additional cost to Divisions. Provider shall use reasonable care to ensure the personnel to be used in performing the Work shall be professional and responsible workers and, in that regard, shall verify each worker has a minimum of high school education (or its equivalent) and shall periodically perform the following inquiries for all workers: (v) in the case of union workers, verify in good standing with their union (w) reference checks (x) sex offender registry search, (y) criminal history search, and (z) drug testing

  • Professionalism The Engineer shall perform the services it provides under the contract: (1) with the professional skill and care ordinarily provided by competent engineers practicing under the same or similar circumstances and professional license and (2) as expeditiously as is prudent considering the ordinary professional skill and care of a competent engineer.

Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations, and directions adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well being or is professionally demeaning.

  • Professional Day The period set forth in the Professional Day Article.

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Professional Days Upon prior written application to the College, an Employee may, be granted permission to attend, during time periods when the Employee is responsible for performing duties for the College, educational and professional activities without loss of pay.
