PACKAGING AND PACKING. Seller shall be responsible for safe packing in conformity with transportation regulations, good commercial practices, and any other direction by Xxxxx. Seller must number all packages within a shipment with the corresponding numbers shown on the invoice. Seller shall include an itemized packing list bearing the Buyer Purchase Order number, manufacturer part number/model, model number, description of items shipped, and any other information called for in the Purchase Order.

PACKAGING AND PACKING. In addition to the terms set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, Seller shall be responsible for properly packing and packaging the supplies in suitable containers for protection during shipment in accordance with transportation regulations and good commercial practice. No additional charge will be allowed for packing and packaging unless specifically agreed to in writing. Seller shall label each package with the corresponding Order number. Seller shall prepare an itemized packing list bearing the Order number, description of items, part number, and quantity shipped for each package. One copy of the packing list shall be placed in the shipping container. Failure to provide required packing lists may delay payment pending verification of receipt.

PACKAGING AND PACKING. Supplier shall be responsible for safe packing in conformity with carrier’s tariff, transportation regulations, good commercial practices and any other direction by GDIT. Supplier shall include an itemized packing list bearing the PO number, manufacturer part number/model, model number, description of items shipped, and any other information called for in the PO. Supplier shall label each package and itemized packing list with the corresponding numbers shown on the PO.
PACKAGING AND PACKING. The product shall be delivered in bulk in tank trucks. Delivery shall be in load lots of 3,500 gallons or more and shall be made within 72 hours of request for delivery. Each delivery truck shall be equipped with pump, spray bar, and other apparatus as needed for applying product to road surfaces.
PACKAGING AND PACKING. Unless otherwise instructed in writing by Ericsson, Manufacturer will affixed the Products purchased by Ericsson from Manufacturer hereunder with the logo, mark xx faceplate provided by Ericsson; provided that any such logo, mark xx faceplate does not affect the form, fit or function of the Products. Unless otherwise specifically instructed in writing by Ericsson, Manufacturer will remove all Manufacturer trademarks and other non-Ericsson marks from the Products so that the Products may be marketed by Ericsson solely as its private label Products.
