CREW LEADERS. A. Crew leaders will be appointed by the District. Crew leader positions will not be posted.
CREW LEADERS. Employees covered by this Agreement may be appointed to Crew Leader positions without removing them from the scope of this Agreement.
CREW LEADERS. Shall be responsible for the oversight of work performed by the cleaning crewmembers. Crew Leaders shall check on crewmembers to ensure work performed is in accordance with contract specifications. Crew Leaders shall lock doors, turns out lights, and check alarms where necessary before leaving. Crew leaders under this contract shall have a minimum of two (2) years cleaning experience and shall be capable of verbal and written communication in the English language.
CREW LEADERS. Should the need arise for the performance of additional directional duties beyond those performed by non-bargaining unit supervisors, the company may utilize a crew leader.
CREW LEADERS. Any person who, as a crew leader within the meaning of sec- tion 3121(o), furnishes individuals to perform agricultural labor for another person shall, on or before the first date on which he furnishes such individuals to perform such labor for such other person, advise such other person of his name; permanent mailing address, or if none, present address; and identifica- tion number, if any.
CREW LEADERS. At the option of the Board, there will be one (1) crew leader for each building. Crew leaders may be appointed by the Board on an annual basis. The decision of the Board shall be final and binding. Crew leaders shall be compensated on an hourly basis as follows: 2006-2007 2007-2008 2008-2009 2009-2010 & 2010-2011
CREW LEADERS. Crew Leaders earn the same base as Trainers plus $2.00 per hour bonus over current rate for applicable days. Crew Leaders pay shall apply only to shifts worked all or in part as a Crew Leader. Any Canvasser or Trainer may qualify as a Crew Leader upon meeting the qualifications determined by the Employer.
CREW LEADERS. Crew Leaders may be appointed by the Hospital and will remain members of the Union. Such Crew Leaders will delegate work and assign the same but shall not have disciplinary or Supervisory powers. Such appointment shall be made solely in the discretion of managment and not subject to the grievance procedure. Within one year of 5/16/96, Management will analyze Crew Leader responsibilities in each union department and reassess Crew Leader pay in each department. Management will meet with the Union prior to 5/16/97 to discuss appropriate pay changes, if any, for these positions, including Dietary Crew Leader. However, in the interim, Crew Leaders in Dietary will be paid $1.00 per hour and Laundry Crew Leader will be paid $ .50 per hour, all other Crew Leader positions will receive $ . 35 per hour. Laundry Utility working in Linen Clerk classification will be paid an additional $ .50 per hour.

Crew Leader Duties Such employees shall, during the period of their appointment, be designated as Crew Leaders. They will perform such duties as they may be assigned by the Supervisor, and in addition may continue to perform other non-supervisory duties. Crew Leaders are not expected to administer discipline to other members of the bargaining unit. They are however, expected, through their direction, to minimize errors or omissions by those working under their control and where problems do arise to act promptly in the prevention of further difficulties by counselling to the employee or employees and to promptly report, with full details, job incidents or accidents to the Supervisor.
CREW LEADERS. It is understood that the operators of forge presses are the crew leaders and will respond as such.
