Paid Bereavement Leave. An employee who is absent from work due to the death of a member of his/her immediate family (spouse, sibling, child, parent, parent-in-law, grandparent, grandparent-in-law or domestic partner) may use up to three (3) days of paid bereavement leave each school year.
