Paid Bereavement Leave. (a) A Regular employee shall be granted three (3) days leave of absence without loss of wages or benefits on the death of a member of the employee's immediate family. Additional leave with pay up to two (2) days, as required, shall be granted when travel is required outside of the Kitimat/Terrace area. The taking of leave must be reasonably associated with the time of death.
