PARENTAL SUPPORT. We each agree to contribute an appropriate amount of time and effort on a daily basis toward our child(ren)’s care and well-being. In our shared parental support, we shall further strive to minimize the emotional, physical and economic distress of the family break-up upon the child(ren); apply compassion, guidance and responsibility of choices and their consequences; and help the child(xxx) xxxx and relate to changes in the family status. We agree that our child(ren) is entitled to share a real home with each parent, and that neither shall be limited only to "visitation" with the child(ren). In providing responsible parental support, we shall each create a home that may hold and retain some of the child(ren)'s favorite furniture, clothes, personal care items, games, books, and other items important to the child. We each agree to ensure our child(ren) are appropriately fed, cleaned and attired; that the child(ren) is both physically and emotionally prepared for spending time with the other parent; and available at the time agreed upon before returning them home to the other parent.
PARENTAL SUPPORT. In order to be effective, we must have 100% support of both parent(s)/guardian(s) in all areas. We encourage parent(s)/guardian(s) to take advantage of the depth of experience that the Lord has given to us. A parent should closely follow ALL policies discussed during the enrollment interview. Whenever there is a major policy change, you will be notified by mail. Parent(s)/guardian(s) should not be negative at any time a change in policy is deemed necessary by New Beginnings. Please do not ask for us to alter, waive, or compromise any New Beginnings policies to make them meet with your satisfaction or approval. If at any time a parent/guardian becomes unwilling to give full support to all New Beginnings policies, as determined by the New Beginnings administration, we will view your actions as a statement that you no longer desire to have your child enrolled at New Beginnings, and that you are enacting a voluntary removal of your child from the Academy, in which case the remaining tuition will become due effective the date of your child’s termination of enrollment. You will be asked to make immediate arrangements to have your child returned home. PARENTAL SUPPORT. Parents are expected to support projects and activities designed to raise funds in support of the school budget. Given the fact that no family pays the full per-pupil cost, it is expected that all families will become actively involved with at least one of the major projects sponsored by the Home and School Association.   • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Additional Support Under this Agreement, there shall be: (check one) ☐ - NO ADDITIONAL SUPPORT. Neither Spouse is obligated to pay Additional Support other than the Child Support in this Agreement. ☐ - DEFERRED additional support to the local court or Child Support Services Department in the State of (“Additional Support”).

  • Product Support a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.

  • Clinical Supply Takeda will provide to Licensee[***] the amount of TAK-385 Licensed Compound or TAK-385 Licensed Products needed by Licensee to complete all Clinical Trials contemplated by the TAK-385 Development Plan (estimated by Licensee as of the Effective Date to be [***]), solely to the extent that Takeda can supply such TAK-385 [***] = Portions of this exhibit have been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment requested under 17 C.F.R. Sections 200.80(b)(4) and 230.406. Licensed Compound or TAK-385 Licensed Products (a) from its supply of TAK-385 Licensed Compound or TAK-385 Licensed Products in existence as of the Effective Date and which supply can be used for its intended purposes without further re-processing (the “Initial Clinical Supply”) and (b) after retaining the amount needed by Takeda for Clinical Trials in the Takeda Territory. Takeda will also provide to Licensee, at [***] any additional supplies of TAK-385 Licensed Compound or TAK-385 Licensed Products in excess of the Initial Clinical Supply needed by Licensee to complete all Clinical Trials contemplated by the TAK-385 Development Plan. Within [***] days after the Effective Date, the Parties will enter into a manufacturing and supply agreement (the “Takeda Clinical Manufacturing and Supply Agreement”), which will govern the terms and conditions of the Manufacturing and supply of the TAK-385 Licensed Compound and TAK-385 Licensed Products (including the Initial Clinical Supply) by Takeda to Licensee for Development purposes, including the exact quantities and the timelines for delivery. The Parties will negotiate the terms and conditions of such Takeda Clinical Manufacturing and Supply Agreement in good faith for a period of [***] days (as may be extended upon agreement of the Parties). As part of the negotiation related to the Takeda Clinical Manufacturing and Supply Agreement, the Parties shall discuss in good faith the ability of Takeda to supply to Licensee [***]. If the Parties have not entered into a definitive agreement within such negotiation period, then the final terms and conditions of such agreement will be resolved in accordance with Section 8.2 (Arbitration for Failure to Agree).

  • Distribution Plans You shall also be entitled to compensation for your services as provided in any Distribution Plan adopted as to any series and class of any Fund’s Shares pursuant to Rule 12b-1 under the 1940 Act. The compensation provided in any such Distribution Plan (a “12b-1 Plan”) may be divided into a distribution fee and a service fee, as set forth in such Plan and the Fund’s then current prospectus and statement of additional information (“SAI”), each of which is compensation for different services to be rendered to the Fund. Subject to the termination provisions in a 12b-1 Plan, any distribution fee with respect to the sale of a Share subject to such Plan shall be earned when such Share is sold and shall be payable from time to time as provided in the 12b-1 Plan. The distribution fee payable to you as provided in any 12b-1 Plan shall be payable without offset, defense or counterclaim (it being understood by the parties hereto that nothing in this sentence shall be deemed a waiver by the Fund of any claim the Fund may have against you).

  • Support During the term of this Addendum, State Street agrees to provide the support services set out in Attachment D to this Addendum.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.
