Part-time and Casual Vacation Entitlement. (The following clause is applicable to part-time and casual employees only) Each part-time and casual employee shall have vacation entitlement in accordance with the following schedule: Years of Service as of December 31st of the Current Year Vacation Entitlement Less than 4,160 hours worked 4% 4,160 hours worked but less than 10,400 hours 6% 10,400 hours worked but less than 31,200 hours 8% 31,200 hours worked but less than 47,840 hours 10% 47,840 or more hours worked 12% Upon reaching 62,400 hours worked and for each additional 2,080 hours worked thereafter the employee shall receive 0.004%

  • Annual Vacation Entitlement (a) An Employee shall be entitled to receive annual vacation leave with pay:

  • Vacation Entitlement i) A transferring employee will accrue vacation in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Vacation Entitlements In case of discharge or resignation, the employee shall receive all vacation entitlements and salary due to the date of termination, except as provided in Articles 33.05 and 33.07.

  • Part-time Vacation Pay If the Employer currently has the computer systems’ capability to implement bi- weekly vacation pay, they shall do so by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. Those Employers with no computer capability will endeavour to implement bi- weekly vacation pay if there is no significant administrative burden, by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. If the Employer does not so implement, it will provide reasons in writing to the Union. Where possible without extensive programming changes, the amount of vacation pay will be separately identified on the pay stub.

  • Sick Leave Entitlement A full-time employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one and one-quarter (1¼) days for each month of service in which pay was received for at least ten (10) days. Sick leave shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) days. A part-time employee shall be entitled to sick leave credits on a pro rata basis. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or injury the employee shall be entitled to claim sick leave at her regular rate of pay for a maximum period equivalent to her accumulated sick leave credit.

  • Earned Vacation Full-time employees, as defined in this article, shall accrue vacation as follows:

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.

  • Annual Leave Entitlement 35.1.1 Annual leave is provided for in the NES. It does not apply to Casual Employees. Except for Casual Employees and Shift workers, Employees will be entitled to four (4) weeks (152 hours) of paid annual leave for each year of service with the Company.

  • Annual Vacation Leave 30.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.

  • Accrued Vacation It is further agreed by the parties hereto that, upon sale or transfer of ownership of any store or upon dissolution of business, vacation pay for all months worked for which no vacation pay has been given shall be immediately paid to all employees coming under this Agreement, regardless of length of time said employee has been with the Employer.
