Scheduling of Lieu Days. Reasonable effort will be made to schedule days off in lieu of statutory holidays as additions to the employee’s regular days off and such lieu days off will be by mutual agreement.

Scheduling of Lieu Days. (a) Pursuant to Clauses 17.3 and 17.4 of the Main Public Service Agreement, days off in lieu of paid holidays shall be scheduled by mutual agreement and taken within 60 days following the paid holiday.
