Common use of Part-Time Education Assistants Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Education Assistants. Part-time Education Assistants whose assignment is at least twenty (20) hours per week shall be eligible for group hospitalization/major medical, dental and life insurance. The fractional part of the full amount described in 10-1 shall be the Education Assistant’s full-time equivalent multiplied by the amount of the benefit. Employees whose assignment is at least twenty-five (25) hours shall be eligible for long term disability.
