Part-Time Employees and Holidays. In lieu of the holidays listed in Article 21.01 above, Part-Time Employees shall be entitled to one (1) hour of holiday compensation for each 23.5 regular hours paid. The method of compensation shall be pay or time off as determined by the Employee. Where time off is to be scheduled it shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreed between the Employer and the Employee.
