Common use of Part-Time Positions Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Positions. A position may be stipulated as part-time. This means that the incumbent will work less than full days and/or less than full years, with working arrangements stipulated. Statutory holidays and other days off recognized by the University shall be pro-rated. If a position is not stipulated as part-time, it is assumed to be a full-time position, in which the incumbent will work full days on a year round basis.
