PART-TIME TEACHERS’ PAY. Teachers employed by school board action for less than the basic teacher duty day shall be paid on a pro-rata basis for regular instructional days as per the school calendar. They will work and be paid on a full-time basis for all other teacher contract days as designated on the school calendar; i.e., District in-service and workshop days, conference/registration days, pre-approved in-service days. In the Cloquet Area Alternative Education Program (CAAEP), use of conference days will be determined by the building administrator. Teachers employed less than two (2) instructional periods per day in the CAAEP will receive one (1) workshop/in-service day.
