Part-time transfers. a) The Employer shall consider, in order of seniority, written requests from part time employees who wish to transfer to another department. Requests from unrestricted part-time employees will be considered prior to the requests of restricted part- time employees. It is understood that in order for the request to be considered, the employee must meet the Employer’s requirements for the department.
